How much does delivery cost and how long does it take? + Within Poland and across the European Union, delivery of BELLER jewelry is always free. To countries outside the EU (including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia) insured shipping costs 250 PLN. Every parcel is sent by DHL courier. Items available in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Can I return the jewelry? + When you buy online you have 14 days from receiving the jewelry to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason. Write to atelier@bellerpol.sbs. Give the order number or anything else that lets us find your purchase. Once you have told us, send the jewelry back within the next 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not cover jewelry that is not prefabricated and is made to your specification or clearly personalized, for example jewelry with an individual engraving. This exclusion does not limit your rights in respect of a complaint. A reduced price alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Can I pay in instalments? + Yes. With
Klarna you can conveniently split the payment into several parts. You choose the instalment option at checkout. We also accept BLIK, Przelewy24, Visa and Mastercard.
What diamonds do you use? + In BELLER jewelry we set only natural diamonds of D to E colour and VVS1 clarity. Stones above 0.3 carat come with a GIA certificate, and smaller ones with a certificate from a BELLER gemmologist. Every piece also comes with a BELLER brand certificate of authenticity. Complimentary engraving and atelier visit + We engrave every order free of charge. You are also welcome to visit our ateliers in Warsaw at
Mokotowska 71 and in Kraków at
Szczepańska 9 , Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. We will help you choose jewelry or design a bespoke piece.

What Klarna offers + Klarna gives three options in Poland: pay now, defer the payment by 30 days, or split it into three instalments. Which of them you see depends on the order value and on Klarna, which decides at every single payment. You confirm the choice after moving from checkout to Klarna. Instalments on 6, 12 or 24 months are not offered in Poland at all.
